Production line FAQ

What buyers often ask before placing an order

Can buyers verify the production line?

Yes. This page uses actual factory photographs. Qualified buyers can also request current company and compliance documents and discuss additional verification appropriate to the project.

Does every medal use the same production route?

No. Material, shape, thickness, relief, color method, plating, attachment, packaging and quantity determine the suitable route.

What should be approved before bulk production?

Approve the digital artwork, dimensions, relief, colors, plating, ribbon or attachment, packaging and order quantity. Sampling can be discussed when required.

Can we request project-specific inspection points?

Yes. Send the required checkpoints before quotation so feasibility, documentation and any related cost can be confirmed.
