How buyers should verify

Quality beyond certificates
A certificate does not replace product-specific review. Every custom order should define artwork, material, size, finish, attachment, packaging, inspection and delivery responsibilities.
Requirements are clarified before quotation and proofing.
Artwork, colors, relief and attachments are confirmed in writing.
Manufacturing follows the approved process and current schedule.
Finish, quantity and packing are checked against the order requirement.

BSCI is commonly used as a social compliance audit framework. The accurate wording is “BSCI audited,” not “BSCI-certified product.”
ISO 9001 certifies a quality management system. Product conformity still depends on the approved specification, production control and inspection.

Documents can change, expire or contain controlled information. We prefer to provide current copies for verification rather than publish an outdated or incomplete claim.
