Factory Certifications & Compliance

Our factory is BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified. This page explains what each claim means, how qualified buyers can verify current documents, and how certification connects to day-to-day order control.

Verification principleCertification and audit documents should match the relevant legal entity, site, scope and validity period. Current copies can be reviewed for qualified buyer projects before order placement.
Quality management

ISO 9001 Certified

ISO 9001 addresses the quality management system used to control documentation, responsibilities, process consistency, corrective action and continual improvement.

  • Documented production and inspection procedures
  • Controlled records and approval responsibilities
  • Corrective-action and improvement process
  • Buyer document review available for relevant projects
Responsible production

BSCI Audited

BSCI is an audit framework rather than a product certificate. It supports buyer due diligence around workplace and responsible production practices.

  • Audit status described as “BSCI audited”
  • Current audit information reviewed against the factory site
  • Relevant documents shared under appropriate commercial controls
  • No claim that BSCI certifies an individual product

How buyers should verify

Five checks before relying on a document

Entity

Confirm the company or factory name shown on the document.

Site

Confirm that the audited or certified site matches the manufacturing location.

Scope

Check whether the scope is relevant to the products and activities being discussed.

Validity

Review issue, audit and expiration dates rather than relying on an old screenshot.

Consistency

Compare the quotation, payment recipient, contact details and factory information.

Quality beyond certificates

Order control still depends on the approved specification

A certificate does not replace product-specific review. Every custom order should define artwork, material, size, finish, attachment, packaging, inspection and delivery responsibilities.

01

Specification Review

Requirements are clarified before quotation and proofing.

02

Digital Approval

Artwork, colors, relief and attachments are confirmed in writing.

03

Production Control

Manufacturing follows the approved process and current schedule.

04

Inspection & Records

Finish, quantity and packing are checked against the order requirement.

Documents for buyer review

Request current verification documents with your RFQ

For privacy, security and validity control, certificate copies are not represented by generic website badges or fabricated numbers. Qualified buyers can request current documents relevant to a live project.

Compliance FAQ

Common buyer questions

Is BSCI a certification?

BSCI is commonly used as a social compliance audit framework. The accurate wording is “BSCI audited,” not “BSCI-certified product.”

Does ISO 9001 certify product quality?

ISO 9001 certifies a quality management system. Product conformity still depends on the approved specification, production control and inspection.

Can buyers request current documents?

Yes. Qualified buyers can request current documents relevant to a project and verify the entity, site, scope and validity period.

Why are certificate numbers not displayed here?

Documents can change, expire or contain controlled information. We prefer to provide current copies for verification rather than publish an outdated or incomplete claim.

Need Factory Verification Before Quotation?

Send your company details, product requirement and intended order quantity. We can coordinate the relevant document review with the commercial discussion.
