What makes a quotation comparable?
Can I request a quote without final artwork?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference or high-resolution logo and state that the artwork is not final. The quotation may remain conditional until shape, dimensions, detail and process are confirmed.
Should I ask only for a unit price?
No. Confirm what the quotation includes, such as mold or setup, product specification, ribbon or backing, packaging, sample, freight terms and any excluded cost.
Why is the required arrival date important?
The arrival date allows artwork, proofing, possible sampling, production, inspection, packaging and international delivery to be planned backward from the buyer’s deadline.
