How Custom Medals and Pins Are Ordered
A clear six-step process for small businesses, clubs, schools, event organisers, artists and promotional buyers.
Six practical stages
A custom order flow buyers can follow
1. Send Your Idea or Artwork
Provide vector artwork, a logo, a sketch or clear reference. Explain the product’s purpose and what must be preserved.
2. Confirm Quantity and Specifications
Set quantity by design, dimensions, metal, enamel, plating, attachment, packaging, destination and required date.
3. Receive Quotation and Digital Proof
Review the priced scope, production notes and digital artwork. Ask about anything that is unclear.
4. Approve Design or Request a Sample
Approve the proof or discuss a physical sample when the project risk, finish or presentation justifies it.
5. Production and Quality Inspection
Production follows the approved artwork and order specification, with inspection at relevant stages.
6. Packing and Worldwide Shipping
Products are counted, packed to the confirmed method and prepared for the agreed shipping arrangement.

Process FAQ
Questions about proofs, changes and reorders
What should I send first?
Send the product type, quantity, target size, required date, delivery country and the clearest artwork or sketch available.
When is the artwork proof prepared?
Artwork preparation follows the confirmed enquiry scope. The proof is reviewed before production approval.
Does a digital proof show the final metal exactly?
A digital proof communicates artwork, dimensions, colors and production notes. Metal reflections and physical texture can look different on screen; a physical sample may be discussed when needed.
Can specifications change after approval?
Changes after approval may affect artwork, mold, price and timing. Raise changes as early as possible so the order can be reviewed.
When is shipping quoted?
Shipping is assessed using product weight, carton volume, destination and required date. The appropriate method is confirmed with the order.
How are reorders handled?
Provide the previous order details and state any change in quantity, finish, attachment, packaging or destination. We will confirm what can be reused.
