Minimum order starts from 100 pieces. Orders of 100, 250, 300 and 500 pieces are welcome, and larger-volume quotations are available.
Can several designs share one order?
Send the quantity for each design. Separate designs may require separate molds or production setups, so the order structure must be confirmed before quotation.
What artwork should I send?
Vector AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF is preferred. A high-resolution PNG, logo or clear sketch can also be reviewed if vector artwork is not available.
Will I receive a digital proof?
Yes. A digital artwork proof is used to confirm shape, dimensions, colors and key production details before approval.
Can I request a physical sample?
Physical sampling can be discussed. Cost and timing depend on the product, mold, finish and shipping destination. Contact us for confirmation.
How is production time confirmed?
An order-specific timeline is confirmed after the design, quantity, specification, sampling plan and production schedule are known.
Can you arrange custom packaging?
