Information you provide
When you contact Custom Medals & Badges, you may provide contact details, delivery information, product requirements and design files. Our website form sends your enquiry to a first-party server endpoint hosted on Vercel, which uses Resend to email the details to sales@toygiftsupply.com. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so our team can respond. You may include one optional PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP artwork file, up to 2.5 MB. The form does not create a separate permanent customer database. WhatsApp and email-app alternatives prepare drafts that you review and send yourself. After the email service accepts your enquiry, the website displays a confirmation within the form. The server generates a reference to help identify a submission; contact information, the project brief and artwork are not saved in browser storage.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 may record page views and non-personal enquiry events, including quote form starts, WhatsApp or email link clicks and a successful email-service acceptance. Starting a request is not counted as a completed enquiry. No enquiry contact details, message text, attachment names or designs are intentionally sent to analytics. Browser settings and blockers can prevent analytics collection.
How information is used
Contact information and order details may be used to reply to enquiries, prepare quotations, review artwork, coordinate production and shipping, and keep necessary business records.
Third-party communication
Resend processes the message and any uploaded artwork for email delivery, while Vercel hosts the form-processing endpoint. Delivery may depend on mail-provider filtering after the sending service accepts the enquiry. See the Resend privacy policy. If you choose WhatsApp or your own email app, those services process your messages under their own policies. Send only information needed for a quotation.
Artwork and confidentiality
Design files are reviewed for quotation and production communication. If a project requires a separate confidentiality agreement or specific handling process, request confirmation before sending restricted material.
Retention and requests
