This website provides general information about custom medals, pins, badges, coins, production options and purchasing considerations. Availability, specifications, costs and timing must be confirmed in an order-specific quotation.

Quotations and orders

A website enquiry is not an accepted order. A quotation should identify the agreed product, quantity, size, finish, attachment, packaging, shipping scope and other relevant assumptions. Changes may affect price and timing.

Artwork approval

The buyer is responsible for reviewing names, dimensions, colors, front and back artwork, attachment, packaging and quantity before approval. The buyer must have permission to use submitted logos, artwork and other intellectual property.

Sampling and production

Physical sampling is not automatic and must be confirmed where required. Production should follow the approved artwork and specification. Order-specific inspection or documentation requirements must be agreed before production.

Shipping and import

Shipping method, freight cost, delivery estimate and import responsibilities depend on destination and the agreed commercial terms. Contact us for confirmation.
