What this reference includes
One design, approximately 60 mm × 3 mm zinc alloy, one-sided 2D soft enamel with up to 4 colors, one standard plating, a plain 25 mm polyester ribbon and an individual polybag.
Tooling, physical samples, freight, duties and taxes are separate. Printed ribbons, gift boxes, individual engraving, deep 3D relief and multiple designs require a separate quotation.

What is the minimum order for custom medals?
Minimum order starts from 100 pieces. Orders of 100, 250, 300 and 500 pieces are welcome, with larger-volume quotations also available.
Can you make a custom medal shape?
Yes. The outline is reviewed from your artwork, and the final shape, dimensions and attachment point are confirmed in the proof.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF is preferred. A high-resolution image, logo or clear sketch can also be reviewed when vector artwork is not ready.
Will I receive a digital proof before production?
Yes. The proof is used to confirm the visible design, shape, dimensions, colors and key production details before approval.
Can I request a physical sample?
Physical sampling can be discussed. Cost and timing depend on the design, mold, finish, approval plan and shipping destination.
How is production time confirmed?
The order-specific timeline is confirmed after the artwork, quantity, specification, sample plan and current production schedule are known.
Can medals arrive assembled and packed by award level?
Assembly and grouped packing can be reviewed. Send the award levels, quantities and carton-label requirements with the quotation request.
