Shared molded design
Use one paddle, ball, court or club identity across the tournament. This can simplify proofing when categories share the same metal artwork.
Tournament organizers · leagues · clubs
Order custom pickleball medals with tournament artwork, gold, silver and bronze award directions, ribbons and organized packing from our Dongguan factory. Minimum order starts from 100 pieces.
Yes. MOQ starts from 100 pieces for an eligible design. One main medal design can often serve several brackets or 1st, 2nd and 3rd places when award levels are separated by plating, ribbon, reverse details or labeled packing. Send the quantity for each category so the factory can confirm tooling and price.

Build a factory-ready award set
The best quotation starts with recipients—not only player registrations. Count every singles and doubles bracket, age or skill division, podium place, participation award, volunteer medal and planned spare.
Quantity planning
Build the count from the award policy for each bracket. The examples below explain the calculation structure; your actual tournament rules control the final quantity.
| Tournament structure | Recipient calculation | Factory brief |
|---|---|---|
| Singles podium | One recipient for each awarded place | Number of brackets × awarded places, plus any participation or spare quantity. |
| Doubles podium | Two recipients for each awarded place | A three-place podium normally needs six medals per bracket. |
| Multiple skill or age divisions | Calculate each division separately | List division name, award places and units per place to prevent packing errors. |
| League or recurring series | Plan each event or season stage | Identify which artwork remains fixed and which dates, ribbons or labels change. |
Award system
Use one paddle, ball, court or club identity across the tournament. This can simplify proofing when categories share the same metal artwork.
Different plating directions can distinguish podium places when the design and production method allow. Confirm each finish on the proof and quantity schedule.
Ribbon colors, printed text, reverse details or labeled bags can separate divisions without crowding the medal face.
Specification decisions
| Decision | Options to review | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Artwork and shape | Round, paddle, ball, shield, custom outline or cut-out | Shape, fine detail and open areas affect tooling and metal construction. |
| Relief and color | 2D, 3D, soft enamel, printed detail or mixed treatment | Text and division names need sufficient size and contrast. |
| Finish | Bright, antique, black nickel, gold-, silver- or bronze-tone direction | The finish changes contrast and can identify award places. |
| Ribbon | Plain color or printed tournament and sponsor artwork | Width, print repeat, colors, attachment and length must be specified. |
| Packing | Individual polybag, pouch, box, category label or grouped carton | Packing affects presentation, labor, carton volume and event distribution. |
| Delivery | Destination, postal code and required in-hand date | Production and freight must be planned backward from the tournament date. |

Buyer questions
Our minimum order starts from 100 pieces for an eligible custom design. Send the total quantity and the breakdown for each award place, division or bracket so tooling and finishing can be reviewed correctly.
Yes, when the main molded artwork remains the same. Gold-, silver- and bronze-tone finishes, ribbon colors, reverse details or labeled packing may distinguish places where technically suitable. Different raised or recessed artwork can require separate tooling.
A three-place doubles podium normally needs six medals: two recipients for each of first, second and third place. Multiply that structure by the number of brackets or divisions and add any participation or volunteer awards required by the event.
Yes. Paddle-and-ball elements, court lines, tournament names and club marks can be reviewed in the artwork. Fine details and long text must remain readable at the finished medal size.
Printed ribbon artwork can be reviewed. Send the logo files, preferred ribbon width, colors and repeat direction, and confirm that the organizer has permission to reproduce all marks.
Yes. Individual protection, labeled bags and grouped carton packing can be quoted when you provide the exact quantity schedule and label wording before production.
Share the required in-hand date, destination, quantity and artwork status as early as practical. The factory can confirm an order-specific proof, production, inspection and shipping schedule only after those details are reviewed.
